IASTED became a registered non-profit organization on January 28, 1992, in Anaheim, California. The organization’s registration number is C1805864. Currently, IASTED organizes multidisciplinary conferences in over 25 countries in the world.
Because IASTED does not have a formal review process, there have been some protests from the academic community about the legitimacy of IASTED articles. [1]
